Over the past 15 years, Gaia has contributed to more than 100 projects, including condo renovations, new home construction, and commercial property design. Here is a selection of our most significant projects—those that have shaped and molded our vision, mission, and values.

LEED Platinum Baby!

La Corte is a Mediterranean-inspired home centered around a courtyard, designed for energy efficiency and mindful living. It incorporates passive architecture with natural light, shading, and cross-ventilation, while the U-shaped layout creates open, fluid spaces both indoors and outdoors.

The home features sustainable elements like storm water collection, a high-performance building envelope, Tesla solar panels, and a smart multi-zone cooling system, aiming for Platinum LEED certification. The interior design emphasizes natural materials and textures, creating a calming, harmonious environment guided by feng-shui principles.

Recognized internationally, La Corte blends contemporary Mediterranean architecture with cutting-edge energy-efficient design.

PH 11:11 MAKE A WISH

PH 11:11 is the second project by JO/GA Homes, a curated home development company co-founded by Gaia. This project showcases Gaia’s deep research into earthy tones and a grounding experience, paired with custom minimal design. The result is a carefully crafted space that reflects a harmonious balance of nature and simplicity.

Condo Remodeling Selection

We’ve had the privilege of working closely with our clients to create a variety of unique spaces, these are our favorite condo renovations. The common thread across all our projects is the personalized design, thoughtfully crafted to reflect the individuality of each client. Our approach fosters strong relationships, and we often become friends with the clients we work with, ensuring their vision is brought to life with care and collaboration.

Casa GMB

Our first built project, Casa GMB, holds a special place in our story. Completed in 2010, this net-zero home in Italy was designed and built for Gaia’s mother, her first client and muse. Casa GMB showcases a rational, modern design with cool interiors, uniquely enriched by Gaia’s mother’s personality. The home reached the highest standards of energy efficiency, achieving Class A+ certification under European standards.

Home Remodeling Selection

Our selection of favorite renovation projects highlights both condos and homes, each presenting its own unique challenges. While condo renovations can be more demanding on the operational construction side, home remodels often prove trickier due to unforeseen existing conditions. These complexities make each project a rewarding experience as we navigate and overcome these challenges to deliver exceptional results

Beauty in Commercial Design

Through a holistic approach, we have worked on the design, façade beautification, and project management for multiple commercial projects. Notable recent projects include branding, façade redesign, and common area design for a workforce housing development in South Miami; the design and development of a boutique condominium in Miami Beach; and project management and construction administration for the interior design of common areas at the Armani/Casa Residences in Sunny Isles.
